1. How will my nappy cake / baby gift be delivered to me?
All items are very carefully bubble wrapped, packed into boxes and sent to you via 48 hour DHL Courier. Proof of postage will always be obtained and all items will need to be signed for upon delivery.
2. Availability of stock
99% of the time, we have plentiful stock for the cake you have chosen. If for some reason we do not have a particular item in stock, we reserve the right to replace it using a similar item of the same quality.
3. Can my order be delivered straight to the recipent?
Yes, we can deliver straight to the recipient. Please state at checkout the correct delivery address and name of the person. Please also let us know the message you would like us to write on the gift tag for you.
4. How long does delivery take from when i place my order?
Each cake is handmade to order and so sometimes it does take us a little time to make. We aim to dispatch your gift within 2 working days (if you are having a cake custom made, please allow a little longer). Items will then arrive with you within 24 – 48 hrs of dispatch. If you do require an item at short notice, please let us know and we will do our best to help you.
5. Can you deliver outside of the UK?
Please contact us for a quote if you require delivery to Europe, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight.
6. Can i design my own Nappy Cake / customise my gift?
Yes we can design a nappy cake to your budget and requirements. For example we can offer twin cakes, character cakes such as disney themed and colours of your choice. Items can also be chosen for 1st birthday cakes and nappies can be substitued for another item.
7. Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return your item within 14 days for a full refund. Postage is non-refundable.
